1. Introduction

MultiIP ("MultiIP", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Aura Motion Group Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

By using the service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information: We collect your email address, authentication provider metadata (Google, Apple, OTP/magic link), user ID, and subscription or credit metadata.

Authentication is handled via Supabase. We do not store user passwords directly.

2.2 Content Inputs: When using AI generation features, you may submit text prompts, persona configurations, platform selections, and content generation requests.

Content generation requests are transmitted through our server infrastructure and forwarded to third-party AI providers.

Generated outputs are rendered client-side and are not permanently stored by default.

2.3 Portrait Profile Data (optional paid feature): If you enable portrait-based generation, you may upload your own portrait photos and provide optional gender-presentation settings.

Portrait photos are stored in account-level cloud storage and can be replaced or deleted by you at any time.

Portrait uploads are used only to support image-generation personalization and are not sold.

2.3 Usage & Event Data: We collect limited operational data including feature usage events, generation attempts, credit usage, and basic request metadata.

This data is stored in our Supabase database for operational analytics and service improvement.

We do not sell personal data.

2.4 Payment Information: Where subscription or credit purchases are enabled, web payments may be processed via Stripe and Apple in-app purchases may be processed via Apple.

We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Generation requests are sent to internal API routes and forwarded server-side to AI model providers.

We use OpenAI-compatible third-party AI infrastructure.

We also integrate with Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payment processing), Apple (in-app purchase verification), and hosting providers.

Each provider processes data solely to enable service functionality.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Account and event data are stored in Supabase (Postgres).

Generated content is not permanently stored by default.

If portrait profile features are enabled for your plan and used by you, portrait files are stored in Supabase Storage under your account scope until you replace or delete them.

Some temporary in-memory quota tracking may occur for operational purposes.

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

6. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside Hong Kong depending on infrastructure providers.

By using MultiIP, you consent to such processing.

7. Children

MultiIP is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updates.
